der bcm-kakao ist nur mit fructose. und auf fructose reagiert das insulin nicht und bleibt im sogenannten "zehrbereich". und nur in diesem zehrbereich kann der körper auch das fett abbauen. deswegen nimmt man anfangs auch leichter ab, wenn man 2mal am tag son zeug isst oder trinkt.

aber eigentlich sollte es auch schon helfen, wenn man zwischen den mahlzeiten ne pause von 4-6 stunden einhält und an den 3 mahlzeiten aber "normal" isst
