Strange! I always thought their old stuff (Sign of the Hammer, Into Glory Ride) was boring by comparison. Songs like "March for Revenge", "Kill With Power", "Hatred", "Mountains", "Thor the Powerhead"...all good and heavy but kinda dull. Their new stuff is just faster and catchier. Even the new album...a lot of worthless bullshit on there ("American Trilogy"?!?!?), but the last four songs are IMO the finest they've ever done.

And Karl Logan IS a fucking brilliant guitarist. That cannot be debated, lol.

Oh well, that's just me. I still proudly hail Manowar, and I will never leave the hall, haha.

Hammerfall, however...would be a fucking incredible band if their singer didn't sound like a 12 year old girl. In that one line "To hell I know you're sold!" in their Heavy Load cover, "Run with the Devil", Joacim actually sounds like a mix between old Bobby Blitz and Bruce Dickinson...WHY CAN'T HE DO THAT IN THE REST OF THEIR SONGS?!?

THAT´S deifinitely true. But hey, why being so narrowminded, in my eyes they do a funny show. And even Hammerfall are funny to see live And Goddess of Desire. Though I maybe like other kinds of Metal better, too, its still cool to watch them
