this article says tourists are on the top spot when it comes to annoyances, even above parking en traffic problems.

Bah! but tourists are nice and we bring money to the economy and buy stuff from the shops and rent hotels and things. I can understand it though, I remember I never saw so many people in my life walking around as I did there. I still haven't found a city to match it for the sheer numbers of people everywhere.

Hmm, I didn't had this feeling when I was there in 2008.

One thing I will remember is how crazy the people riding their bicycle :ugly: and talking to the phone!! Was amazing!

I think we see a bike of every picture I took :D

They don't had the tourists personally, but they just hate the groups of tourists flogging the city.
so when you talk to someone they might actually be interested in you personally.
but when you walk on the street they'll hate you :p

I love the Dam! It's my spiritual home :KO: ha ha. Always been really welcomed when visiting but that's probably because I'm spending lots of money. I'm happy to be a tourist anywhere, it means I'm away from where I don't want to be :)

Oh yeah me too! I love to travel and hate coming back. Well, it's not the coming back I hate as much as the not having a new adventure every day

I like going to new places, but I hate the act of travelling. (organising it, flying, trains shit like that)

Once I'm in a new place and can start drinking I'm usually fine though., :D
