Glaub mir ohne Grundschullehrer die bei mir KWG Meldungen machen, gäbe es einige sehr sehr sehr unglückliche Kinder mehr, die geschlagen, sexuell missbraucht oder emotionale Gewalt erfahren geben. Also wenn du keine Ahnung hast, halt's maul

You are calling someone the f-slur. That is totally not acceptable and is hate speech. Due to German law you could be prosecuted for posting this

Netter Text, aber JuSchG ist nicht das selbe wie das was ich gesagt habe.
Ich bezog mich auf 8a SGB VIII und 1666 BGB. Das ist von deinem ""tatsächlich"" rechtlichem unberührt.

Na ja, denn stell mal einen Strafantrag gegen die Eltern, die ihr Kind "nur mit nach Wacken bringen", ich sehe da hohe Kosten auf dich zukommen.
Ich gehe auch davon aus, dass das "mitbringen alleine" nicht Straf relevant ist.
Nach wie vor, bei einer Gefährdung, die ich alleine für das "Mitbringen" eines 10-Jährigen nicht sehe, sehe ich keine Straftat nach deinen genannten Paragrafen.
Natürlich kann eine Gefährdung entstehen, und ja, dann muss man auch als Elternteil mit einer Konsequenz, zur Not mithilfe der von dir genannten Paragrafen, rechnen, aber dann haben die Eltern auch in der Regel ihren Job nicht ordentlich gemacht.

Wäre es anders, würde es für die Veranstaltung "schon lange" einen Zusatz gemäß §7 JuSchG geben, und dann bräuchten wir ja hier gar nicht reden, aber den gibt es halt nicht, weil scheinbar die Verantwortlichen (und das Jugendamt?) davon ausgehen, dass die aktuellen Regelungen so wie sie aktuell sind ausreichen.
Mein zitierter Rechtsbereich ist der, der für die gesamte Veranstaltung gilt, deiner der, für den Strafantrag, wenn was vorgefallen ist. Also, beide relevant, aber in unterschiedlichen Situationen.
Diese Diskussion ging, soweit ich diese verfolge (und da mache ich), um die von mir genannten Paragrafen, also die Vorgaben des Veranstalters.
