Today I started with a John Smith's Extra Smooth and finished with the Belgian beer Tripel Karameliet, both were very nice.

Just a matter of taste....;):D
Belgian beer often has a sour taste that reminds me on german wheat beer. I allways hope, when tasting a belgian beer that I now find the reason why it has such a good reputation. I´m still searching for that.;)

Bunnahabain is a great Single Malt. The Isle of Islay has some of it but this is one of the best.....:)

True that the lambics and such has very sour taste, but when drinking for example Duvel, Leffe and Blue Chimay I really am enjoying it :)

My favourite single malt is still Caol Ila, it is so amazing :)

Started out with a Ultramour from Belgium, then a Swedish pub brewery real ale called Miss Algot's Golden Ale, Then a Banana Bread Beer from Charles Wells.

All three of the above were real nice.

Also a Caol Ila -84 bottled 2002, not the best CI I've had, but I have no complaints at all...

Trying an "India Ale" from the Swedish brewery Nils Oscar right now and I am well happy.
Very nice taste to it and a lot of bitterness.

Also I have my toilet back, even though I have to flush with a bucket of water.

Bier uit ons eigen Brabant!!!

What did you think of it?

It was nice, not very much taste to it, but it's not supposed to in that type of beer.

Could smell some of the weiss beer type smell in it, probably from the wheat they use when brewing it. Would be interesting to know how much % wheat they use.

I can for sure think of drinking this one again, but only when it's summer time and warmer outside.
