Hispanic Spanish. Most of them down right refuse to learn English. It's kind of annoying really. I can speak quite a bit mainly from exposure to them.

well since Arabic has lots of strange sounds in the pronunciation .. i think it might be easy to pronounce German words

It would make sense for some states to maybe have two languages. Like both English and Spanish for Texas and Arizona. But we do need to come down and get at least one official language. Heck I'd rather we make English and Spanish both official than the way it is now.
