Yes true, but some homes have pools and there's also community pools. The ocean is nice but not the same as swimming in a pool.

Well we sorta do, there are lakes nearby. But not the same thing.

well yes if the beach is what you are interested in, but when it comes to things like Pro Sports, Metal festivals and concerts, seeing the seasons change, traveling anywhere out of the islands, then it becomes an expensive endeavor.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Rays, I saw two at the beach once, but that is a very rare thing in my area. I see sea turtles quite often.
