To be curious, would you guys actually have gone if any of these festivals had taken place? I'm still super cautious to be honest.

I just went to a concert (of a friend of mine, who is a musician), indoors.
30 People were allowed. All had to give their names (per group) at the entrance for contact tracing, and all had to sit down. (at 1.5m/5 ft distance)
I had to say, that was reasonably doable. (though he had to give 2 concerts, 60 people max, spread over 2 concerts)
But it was weird.

Been a rough Summer with this shut down. We're
barely half way through fire season and they're already
saying this was the worst year yet. Besides the plague
masks we're all wearing, some days require a particle
mask (normally used for painting) to go outdoors. Smoke
from the nearby fires puts the air quality down to a
Beijing or Mumbai level on the Air Quality Index scale.

I had to duct-tape an air filter to the front of a desk
fan so that I could work in the office this last week.
Silly as that sounds, it worked! At least it held me over
for a couple days until the purifier I ordered showed up.

There's at least two fires in our area within 30 miles
in opposite directions. There's the little one out in
Inverness along the coast at Point Reyes, and there's
the much bigger one that's scorched the area
surrounding Lake Berryessa over in Napa.

Hanging out indoors for now, there's a heat wave
over here right now so I'm staying close to an air
conditioner. Temperatures are +100F, being outdoors
isn't really an option before 6pm.

Crazy times we're living in. Stay safe, stay HEAVY!

Stay healthy and safe!

I read, a camping is completely blocked by the fire. Hope all can get out safely!
