Hm. I could find better places to go. Apart from the village of Wacken, there's virtually nothing! I'd go to Hamburg instead.
Having said that, I went to Wissenkerke, Zeeland, and it's virtually the same. Nothing to do. Neither in Den Osse, except for the diving boards.

But if you try to avoid large crowds and such hamburg isn't really a good place to stick around so didn't stay very long.
Hm. Hamburg might not be the best example, but Itzehoe for instance? Or Kiel, Neumünster, Flensburg, or Sylt! (though Sylt can be crowded as well, as I've experienced myself twice)
And I bought a concert/festival ticket for in 2 weeks.

Even my B&B got cancelled!
