I didn't find the layover(s) that bad.. and it was nice to break up the trip.. so the leg from US to Iceland is only like 7 hours.. than another.. 3 to Hamburg.. too chance to stretch legs (and on the way back.. get some Icelandic Vodka... good stuff!)
