Really? I'm living in west of NRW and every time i purchase Cigarettes they got it in a small glas cage when i pay. And i'm not talking about one single gas station.

Okay cool, thanks for the tip. Not to far away for me either! They indeed sell Snus like Thunder. Some of the stuff can be sold, it is like a gray zone. (I think you were first thinking about sniffing tobacco)
