We had around 60000 people for Iron Maiden in 2007 (first metal concert in the country, ever) and standing up straight was hard. The venue will brutally packed with massive shoves coming in from every direction.

Why would you want that? I mean, you remove meat from a meat sandwich and you get a veg sandwich. Can't remove lettuce from a veg sandwich to get a meat sandwich. Why would anyone want a lack of options? :\

A very large portion of Indians are vegetarians so it makes sense here. I don't think there are people in Europe who would refuse to eat if they couldn't find vegetarian food.
