It's a top fermented beer, sort of like an ale.
Though it's very clear, high CO2 level, dry German style, low on hops, rather low bitterness, malty character.

well, I'm studying to become a beer judge, so I need to start learning how to express myself regarding different beer styles

What does Cologne have to offer besides beer and the Dom.
We will probably arrive somewhere late in the morning or early in the afternoon, and we can leave sunday late in the afternoon. So we could go and see some stuff...

Friday, arrive early morning, drink beer all day until Friday night and Helm's party.

Saturday, drink beer all day until meeting at the hbf.

Sunday, look for places that are open and sell beer.

Monday morning, go home and to work

Tuesday, arrive late in Köln, around 11 pm, drink one beer so that I can sleep better.

Wednesday, tourism in Köln, and then maybe a few beers somewhere.

Thursday, travel to Münster, Hannover or wherever a spanish friend of mine will be on that day.

Friday, head to Braunschweig, beer, bloody concert of a bloody german band, more beer and then to hotel, since my friend there has a stupid cat and I'm alergic to those stupid animals.

Satuday, train to Köln, meeting at hbf, drink a lot of beer with many crazy forumlers, crawl to the hotel.

Sunday, leave anytime afternoon.
