@gnoff: Since your hotel is just 2 blocks from our place, Suwi, I (maybe Karsten, Toffi?) could pick you up at your hotel and walk to the HBF together in order to take the subway to Heinrich-Heine-Allee. If we pick you up at around 12:00 to 12:30, we can grab something to eat on our way (the options are countless).

Hopefully I’ll get answers whether this works or not, otherwise I’ll try it anyways
This is part of what I am looking at doing Saturday before meeting up at Auberge.

Q1:
Is it possible to go by foot up Kölner Strasse from Worringer Platz, then turn east into Am Wehrhahn?
I want to go from my hotel at Ackerstrasse to the Frankenheim brewery on Wielandstrasse.

Q2:
Is it possible to go by foot from Kölner Strasse, up Pempelforter Strasse, then turn west on Lousie-Dumont-Strasse?

Q3:
Is it possible to go by foot from Lousie-Dumont-Strasse, up Jacobistrasse, then turn west on Jägerhofstrasse, following this through Maximilian-Weyhe-Allee and ending up by Brauerei Im Füchschen?

Q4:
Is it possible to go by foot from Brauerei Im Füchschen, Up either Fritz-Roebler-Strasse or Hofgartenrampe, then going passed the Oberkasseler Brücke, into Luegallee?
I want to go to Alter Bahnhof at Belsenplatz.

Q5:
Have they started brewing their own beer at Alter Bahnhof, and if so would it possibly be available now?

I’m well aware that the walks might be rather long, and that I might not have time for them all, just checking if it’s even possible to go by foot or if motorways and other problems sais I really should try and get around with public transportation instead.

I like walking though, you get to see more of the city and don’t as easily loose your sense of direction
