*sigh* In terms of beerdrinking, my day yesterday was pretty well 08/15...

Beck's and Veltins was all I had... but this is what you normally get at concerts / festivals. :o

Finished with a bottle of Schlenkerla though - at home already... :)

Sure! It is not my favourite among Russian beers though. And there is like 15 sorts thereof, or even more.... including the horrendous fruit-flavoured stuff (coffee, lemon and cherry - from THAT, one should run away screaming, believe me! ;))

What you had - the blue-bottled one - sounds like "Baltika #7: Export" to me. :)

#5 (Golden) isn't bad either (in golden/brown bottles/cans).

These are the only two sorts of "Baltika" available in Germany, BTW.

[Edith sez: seems like my previous message wasn't quite correct - in addition to the listed beers, there was also a large bottle of "Ochakovo" - Russian beer from Moscow region - that we shared with Draugen on the way to RHF. :D]

Are you bringing any russian beers to Wacken?
Can I taste some? :D

I heard there are some russian stouts or porters also, are you familiar with any?

I won first prize in the beer competition!

Now my beer will get brewed at a mirco brewery in Gothenburg and it might reach the public bars in Gothenburg.
