Get a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD.
If you want a powerful smartphone with enough battery life to last a heavy user two full days. Seriously, if I could get a new smartphone right now I'd pick this one.
If you want a top-of-the-line possibly-more-powerful-than-necessary smartphone, I'd go with the HTC One over the S4.
As far as S3 vs S4: there are some pretty big differences. The S4 has a quad core processor vs the S3's dual core, a better camera, and loads upon loads of features (whether or not they're actually useful is up to you
). But the S3 is still a perfectly good smartphone that will be fast enough for just about anyone - it's got the same processor as mine so I can definitely say it's more than good enough. Overall I'd say it depends on your budget. If you can afford the S4 relatively easily, go for it. If not, the S3 is still a great phone.
