Ich darf als Sehbehinderte eine Begleitsperson mitnehmen mit der Bahn im internationalen Verkehr. Nur das diese Begleitsperson auch ein Fahrschein braucht. Problem: Ich hab meine Fahrscheine online gekauft, nur kann ich da mit mienem belgischen Behindertenausweis keine Begleitsfahrschein bekommen.
In Belgien und die Niederlande können die Moers nicht abgeben, außerdem ist der Reiseweg den ich mache "unbekannt" in den Niederlanden. Also fahr ich nach Aachen, um mir dort die Farhscheine für AP zu "kaufen".
Die Fahrt kostet mir mehr als die Fahrscheine die ich dort holen muss.
