Day 46 without beer over here (not counting non alcohol or very low alcohol ones)
So of course 46 sober days now, yay
Also 46 days without smokes
I'm so healthy
Been asked by a few friends who haven't seen me much lately, but now did, if I lost weigt.
I don't usually weigh myself, seems pointless, but did now and weigh about 2 to 4 kilos less then last I tried to get a hang of my weight.
I'm dissapearing
Ah well, I'll soon start drinking beeer again, will get those kilos back I bet.
i know from friends that when they stopped smoking they gained weight ..but good for u for being healthy

Hmmmm strange thing... after each weekend I drank too much and ate to little I lost weight in the last weeks/months.

Next stop in Germany in Düsseldorf in March, no festival though

Bit tired from the weekend, but only three days left till my holiday starts.

Ah yes, I went to WOA last time in 2006 as well.
Have been to BYH and HOA after that though.
Next stop in Germany in Düsseldorf in March, no festival though

ah yes indeed, I've stopped smoking once before and knew how that could be.
Though I can't udnerstand why I stayed away from smoking for 7 and a half years, then to start again
Guess I'm just rather stupid.
Anyhow, it takes mental strength to stay away from comfort food when you stop smoking, helps to have been trhough it once before
Also, the lot less intake of alcohol for the past 6 weeks in combination of a lot more work out is most likely what is to blam on the weight loss.
And teh fact I'm trying to eat more healthy as well.

Ah, hehe. Let's see. I talked to black and told her we must do a "Altbiertour" in Düsseldorf when I'm back from holidays. Date would fit for me... but I'm kinda spontaneous during the last months. Perhaps I got three party invitations for that weekend till then.
