Komm mal wieder runter. Du führst Dich echt bescheuert auf... Law just isn't flexible enough to consider all the exceptions. That's why instead humans need to do that with common sense . And common sense is that if there were good intentions and no harm done, there's no reason to call it a crime.
Law also says that you need to pay solatium to a thief that breaks into your house and then stumbles over your carpet. Just because it's law doesn't always mean it makes sense or is right.
Btw. ich bin schonmal in mein Nachbarshaus eingebrochen, um die Katze reinzulassen, als ich ein Kind war, weil sie mir leid tat. Bin ich jetzt auch "einmal ein Dieb, immer ein Dieb"? Lässt Du mich jetzt nie mehr in die Nähe Deines Hauses, weil man mir nicht trauen kann?

Btw. echt nett, dass Du das als "same thing" bezeichnest. Die Situation, die Kris da geschildert hat ist nämlich tatsächlich kein Verbrechen, sondern nennt sich Mundraub und fällt in eine Toleranzgrenze der Menschenrechte, so wie z.B. Notwehr. Aber schön zu hören, dass Du lieber Leute verhungern sähest, als zu billigen, dass möglicherweise ein vermeindliches Gesetz gebrochen werden könnte

Jerzt bringst du mir in einem Gewissenskonflikt.
Aber Hacken ist für mich einfach Einbruch. Anders kann ich es nicht sehen.
Ständig werden wir gewarnt für diese Leute denn man weiss ja nie was sie machen wollen. (und vor allem können)

Irgendwie kann ich mir die Eindruck nicht loswerden dass unser Freund nur Selbstwerbung machen wollte. Wenn's nur die Seite gewsesen wäre, aber nee, Herr Grauer (Gris = grijs) meinte auch noch alle Lob zu inkassieren, nur bei Kritik wurde er neidisch(?).
Das er tatsächlich NL-sprachig war, war nur 'ne Idee, die Überraschung war da wenn er sich wirklich gezeight hat in unserer Sprache.

Ich geb ihn lieber 5€ statt etwas klauen zu müssen. Geld hab ich immer bei, nicht vieles, aber immerhin.
