I reckon, black orientaded/Rock. Not Rock by black people (by definition, which does not mean it could not be done by black people)

As for the "black rock" band, I think he meant to say occult rock band, something like The Devil's Blood, but from Scandinavia. I'm not too familiar with the genre, so I don't really have a band name in mind.
