Don't you have any terms that go with taking in services that are offered?

What would you say rather than demand in this case?
Hey, und das mit MEINEM Buchstabe!
I had lost my German card 2x, and always got my money transfered on my new card. Without any problem.

Well it says in my contract that they can't transfer the money, but therefore I can ask for this services, which is pretty cool too. I'd like to have my old number back, let's see, if it works out. If not, Kris can be happy about a free cellcard (even a free cell if you want that)

In German we would say "einen Service in Anspruch nehmen". It's a fixed term in that case
She might need that maybe, when she's got no trial band. That would translate to something like "to make a claim".
