It's like this. When I lost my phone, there were 15 Euros on it. Now there are two different services that I can demand for the money of what was on that card. First service (which I want to check out first) would be tranfering my old number to my new phone. The problem is that I'm not sure about the costs yet. If it's more than those 15 Euros, I can't do it. Then I'd go for the second service which would be ordering a new card of 10 Euros for free (for the money on my lost card that I can't use anymore anyways that is).

What would you say rather than demand in this case?

I had lost my German card 2x, and always got my money transfered on my new card. Without any problem.

But I guess that differs with the providers in questino.
