I'm sure that the three promoters of WOA, Thomas, Holger and Sheree each handle different parts of getting the festival together, each has their own strengths in their respective areas. The main thing is they all love Metal and are friends. That's what's important. they don't have to agree 100% on everything about WOA.

We have:
Spencer who's doing really well getting the contacts
Me who's good at money/networking/business in general
Carmine.. who, well, he just looks pretty
Kris who so far has just been able to give constructive criticism due to location.
