I see both of your concerns and they are both valid.
Despite them backing out and all, this is one of the reasons I wonder if I'm bad with people

Despite them backing out and all, this is one of the reasons I wonder if I'm bad with people. I hate arguing over such things. Though I also get nowhere doing it without help.. -.-
I wouldn't call it arguing really. Just discussing creative differences.![]()

I don't think you are, the thing is that if you are both equal partners in this endeavor then you will naturally have differing ideas and opinions. The only way to really avoid these types of things is to agree that either one or the other has the final say in these decisions, or that you each take control over separate parts of the festival. I.E one gets to choose and recruit bands, the other works on the venue, one arranges promoting, one the food and merch, one the legal issues etc.
Yea exactly. At least as far as bands, we'll probably all come to an agreement, none of us over the others.
I'm sure that the three promoters of WOA, Thomas, Holger and Sheree each handle different parts of getting the festival together, each has their own strengths in their respective areas. The main thing is they all love Metal and are friends. That's what's important. they don't have to agree 100% on everything about WOA.
it's getting busy now here, posting will be sporadic for a while
