yeah, I know this hostel and its closing times. There is another one, I guess Brat said she is staying there, its called Instant Sleep - this one doesn´t close in the night, check it out here http://www.instantsleep.de/home/home_eng.html

and this one is a rather cheap and nice hotel: http://www.schanzenstern.de

All of them are located quite central and in nice areas! :)
