Well, As a replacement for a headliner as good as Iced earth I see only

Iron Maiden
or
Helloween


A lot of smaller bands come to my mind, but not suitable as headliner.

As for the rest u guys proposed, I don't see bands like Morbid Angel or such headlining, they're more a specific taste.

I agree with putting Hansi Kursch up there - D&W headlinging would rule! They cover BG and IE songs aswell live, so it'd be a good compromise.
