I'm booking my flight for that Tues.,so hopefully I'll be there sometime on Wed.I too don't know Hamburg too well & hopefully I won't get lost.Is there a shuttlebus that goes from Hamburg to the fest?I was thinking of taking the train to Itzehoe & a bus from there to the fest.How much is the train & bus?

When you get to Hamburg Airport you take the shuttlebus to Altona...then the train from Altona to Itzehoe..then the bus from Itzehoe to Wacken...
If you have problem just ask people...the people are really friendly and most speak english
