It's bloody freezing here, but I'm still walking to work every day through the snow. It was a bit of a cold and miserable trek home tonight though.

Just hope it clears up a bit tomorrow so I can get to a gig (Blaze Bayley) 100 miles up the road (now that, I shall not be walking to).

Honestly @agresionpower flying West first is sometimes the only option. Usually to Pearson International in Toronto then back east and out over the Atlantic.

Thanks! We probably had about four inches here. That might not sound a lot, but it doesn't happen often so we just don't have the infrastructure to cope (our local airport was closed). About twice that where I'm heading tonight, although the trains are running ok so far today.

10cm, 4" isn't that much here. But of course in the higher areas. Not near the coast.

Someone I know is stuck in Germany because of this. His bus wouldn't go anymore, and airports were closed as well. Now he's probably going back on Saturday.

Being stuck in Germany is my idea of heaven! We got stuck for a few days during the volcano ash cloud a few years ago. I was so happy!
