The first few times are the worst to get back into it :p

yeah, but it's like Milkie says, it's harder to stay motivated after a while.
The first few times you're still like, yeah I've got goals and stuff, I'll get there!

and after 10 weeks it's more like, a cra I need to go to the gym again, but there's a really awesome, ok maybe not that awesome, but somewhat entertaining thing on tv tonight.... I better stay home.

The first few times are "harder" cause you get sore that's what I meant... The motivation should be there indeed, anyways I hope so haha

If you set goals, achieve them, and set some new ones then you should keep your motivation up, and your workouts at that point should be a part of your daily routine.

I've been training a bunch of people in the past and that's what I noticed, but not everyone is the same and not everyone have the same starting point ;)

If I just knew what goals to set :D
