Last 2 batches was a basic one. I brewed at my friend house 1 month ago a Summer Ale. Blond beer with no/low bitterness but good malt flavor.
Last week, I made a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) pale ale with Maris Otter (Malt from UK) and Mosaic Hops (New US variety since 2012, Aroma: Berry, Fruity, Herbal, Tropical, Citrus, Pine) with harvested yeast from the batch I made at my friend house

. Making SMaSH beer help you recognize the malt and hops flavor. All of my previous batch, I was mixing multiple grain (to have specific color, taste, etc..) but I have no clue if this is the taste i'm looking for a specific style.
I will bottle it this weekend. I have to wait 4 weeks for every experimentation.
