Last 2 batches was a basic one. I brewed at my friend house 1 month ago a Summer Ale. Blond beer with no/low bitterness but good malt flavor.

Last week, I made a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) pale ale with Maris Otter (Malt from UK) and Mosaic Hops (New US variety since 2012, Aroma: Berry, Fruity, Herbal, Tropical, Citrus, Pine) with harvested yeast from the batch I made at my friend house :). Making SMaSH beer help you recognize the malt and hops flavor. All of my previous batch, I was mixing multiple grain (to have specific color, taste, etc..) but I have no clue if this is the taste i'm looking for a specific style.

I will bottle it this weekend. I have to wait 4 weeks for every experimentation.:uff:

sounds pretty awesome to me.

You don't make your own malt? (I have no idea how hard that is)

I have to go to a gas station to fill mine :uff: And no clue what that PSI part means :D



I did it! :D Took me 17 minutes to bike to my work. And the route that I know is about 5km.

PSI is pounds per per inch. it's used to describe the amount of pressure. but over here we use bar (or pascal in a lab I think)

5km is a nice distance, not to long, not to short :)
