I avoid the sun for obvious reasons (oversensitive to bright light in my eyes, for those who don't know me). Especially with my new glasses, who are a bit brighter than my old ones.
I konw woat to take next Thursday. My old ones again.

Thats a shame must be hard in summer.

ONLY out for 5 hours??? No wonder you got burnt! Sunscreen every 4 hours once you commit to standing out in the sun, otherwise hide under a pavilion or something.

was sailing last weeekend, means two days totally all time in the sun. and it was pretty sunny. just a little red on the nose, and it vanished the next day.
