More things in life should work that way: ignore it and it'll go away 
Got around to getting a copy of my excuse letter from my boss and called the court ready to tell my sob story. Before I even got very far into explaining the situation, the woman told me they'd already picked the jury and I was to take no further action
It's a simple act of courtesy. Get over it^^ People are just trying to be nice (or maybe actually mean it!)
I understand their confusion since covering it up with a headband has worked wonders so far 
I'm just not used to all this attention; usually I do what I can to avoid it.
SO many people have asked if I've lost weight recently, and I'm like "no I gained over 5kg on holidays and I haven't shifted any of it yet" When I'm ready to do another body fat assessment, I'd be interested to see if my lean mass has increased.
I'm still suffering from a small jetlag. Had to change the clock 3(!) times this weekend!
Do you go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day?
No.
My stomach however is as sharp as can be when it comes to eating time.
