Any ideas about details? Maltiness, Sweetness? How bitter?

No clue.. still in carboy. We tasted it before putting in the carboy but it's way to sweet. The yeast needs to do his job first

But it smells to high heaven, if I'm brewing my own beer, and with a 100+ years old house, that's not possible!

I kind of hate it that at the firm I work in we have to go to other kindergartens at summer... It's nice to have some change but it sucks when it's like two days or two weeks. I'd much rather work in the same place whole summer.

It gives me somehow the urge to try it myself as well.
But it smells to high heaven, if I'm brewing my own beer, and with a 100+ years old house, that's not possible!

You need space to cook, put your carboy and bottles. a 20 litres of beers is 40 bottle of 500ml! Also, since you have to boil for at least 60 min, if your family doesn't like the odor of the malt and hops, you're screwed! (smell so good by the way )

Yes it is! I already have 25 bottles at home (almost full capacity... ) that need rest but we continue to brew . My friend designed and made the kettle and I do the recipe. So much fun

The places I'll work in this summer are all really close to where I usually work, luckily. But what really makes it annoying is that I need to figure out everything at the new places.. Like where all the stuff are and all that.

Luckily they let us know in advance where we are going.

Not really, at least not for this year. And not at all I think, because they want to have only one person working at a kitchen in summer generally. They send more people to the few kindergartens that are open whole summer.
