(Atleast, i'm guessing belgium doesnt differ from holland much on that point)

Here, we're using both... massively . This is what it like living in a country where temperature varies from -30 to 35 Celsius.

We don't have AC here, heater is on during the winter months. But with temperatures around 25°C doesn't require AC.

Haha! Reminds me of a gentleman in our camp at HOA this year. He'd been living in Canada for 8 years, and amongst rad activities such as festivals, he was planning to see family etc. while he was back visiting Germany. He posed the same question to himself Another Canadian woman in our camp told of how she went up to the merch desk and asked for a hoodie. The gentleman gave her that look of "are you ill?" and asked if she REALLY wanted a hoodie. She replied "Yes. I'm from Canada. It's cold there."
