But people use Roumanji?
I believe the Japanese people don't, unless they're trying to teach Japanese to someone whose language uses Latin characters.

Moien!

Now I'm dissapointed!
I didn't know that.

I'm not sure if they would even do that and it makes sense, not to. It's a general, if you learn a language, do it by the means of it's use and culture. Plus, written Japanese is a matter of recognition. I know we do that with our alphabet, too (not reading every single letter, but recognising words), but in Japanese that principle is even more relevant. I noticed myself, that I read Japanese much faster, than languages written with the Latin alphabet (relative to the fact that I don't know the language as well of course).

I actually find it deadly interesting, how I can read whole sentences in Japanese, understanding the meaning, because I recognise the characters, but not being able to know how to voice it out
I think we learnt both together so that we could remember what the Japanese characters sounded like.
Good night!Gute Nacht

I think Roumanji is basically only used by otakus and for international ads or something
Good morning/afternoon people!
Last saturday, Bullet for my Valentine was a blast !
Except for those stupid bodyguards who keep pushing back the crowd surfers to us instead of removing them.. Jezzz.
And at the end of the show, I managed to get my two hand on a drum stick but we were like 6-7 hand on it. One of the no-brainer bodyguard grab and pull the stick toward him (behind the fence) to remove a couple of hand and I was the last one on the stick. I looked him in the eye, he pulled again, he got the stick, crack it on his knee and throw back the 2 parts...
Way to go loser...Stupid jerk
But i'm sore as hell today But it is part of the Wacken training, lol
