I tried my best to not sound rude in my original company complaint, but basically I was after a "please explain" since the paperwork I mailed them months ago never got processed. They called me while I was at work but as it came through as "private number" I decided not to answer it and they didn't leave a message. I just read the email they sent back saying they tried to call me, then "here is the form you asked for"
No actually I didn't ask for any forms you twat
I couldn't think of a polite and productive way to reply so I haven't gotten back to them yet. I'd like to call them some time when I'm home but their hours are basically only when I'm not at home
