More money is always good, but putting up with people and their bullshit is not my cup of tea. I did once apply for a short time to cover for a level 5 and nearly did it again last weekend (but I ran out of time). I didn't get it, but the position itself doesn't involve too much liaising with members of the public, and supervises anywhere between 0-2 juniors.
I'd probably just get a flexi pass as I have in the past, where I can hop on any DB train within a certain amount of days. The trains don't really bother me Flying though (even short trips) are a real pain.
0-2 isn't a bad number at all. I have to manage a team of 14 and my team is rather small... some (equal level) colleagues of mine have upto 70 subordinates/juniors to manage :|
That's cause you live in the furthest corner of humanity!
I'm not looking forward to my appointments today. We're having network problems that no one wants to admit yet even though I have been seeing issues for almost 2 weeks.. I have been having way too many odd failures in my deployments Full client load + high possibility of failures is not my idea of a fun Friday
That too, but just flying around Europe...I hated it. In 2012 I boarded 6 planes within Europe and 7 planes within Europe in 2010. This year I took two, and arranged my trip so that I would take the train everywhere before I went home.

The only plane we ever take is to get TO Europe and to GO home. We did 2 weeks in 2011 and 3 in 2013 with rail passes both times. I refuse to fly in Europe if I can take the train - especially in first class
Yeah, the only flights I took this year were to the UK and back. I had to stop in Düsseldorf to get back into the EU mainland
you´re coming to Europe in 2014 again? also to WOA?
