Yes, regular Indian food is stupidly hot. I personally don't like it and can't eat food that's too hot.

I don't have any knowledge about those hot sauces. But we have Bhut Jolokia pickles here. As many here might be aware, Bhut Jolokia is the hottest pepper in the world. I (literally) cried the only one time I tried it.

I think, I'm eating "stupidly hot", too.
Because I'm also cryin' every time I eat lunch.
I know "Bhut Jolokia". They're great!
But I prefer those sauces, because they are much more durable than the peppers.

Koldawne pronounced "Coal-Daw-NEE" Its a name I have used in gaming circles for years. IRL my name is Pasqualina (which is even worse to pronounce) most people just call me Pat

My boss is coming around on Monday to discuss what was said on Thursday, so I'll ask her again if she'll approve my leave. I'm fine to leave from where ever

More money is always good, but putting up with people and their bullshit is not my cup of tea. I did once apply for a short time to cover for a level 5 and nearly did it again last weekend (but I ran out of time). I didn't get it, but the position itself doesn't involve too much liaising with members of the public, and supervises anywhere between 0-2 juniors.

Me neither. But if you're landing in Hamburg, it won't make sense to make 2 reservations, and you'll have to go alone to Wacken, whereas if you land here (Bxl/Charleroi), you could come with me.

I'd probably just get a flexi pass as I have in the past, where I can hop on any DB train within a certain amount of days. The trains don't really bother me Flying though (even short trips) are a real pain.

I hate all those peppers and I'm pretty sure i'd equally hate the hot sauces too. Hot food is not fun at all

0-2 isn't a bad number at all. I have to manage a team of 14 and my team is rather small... some (equal level) colleagues of mine have upto 70 subordinates/juniors to manage :|
