I thought there was ''army'' style boots like mine for sale, I never looked it up
But if you plan on going to Wacken every year I think it still is alright if you don't uses them anywhere else. Let's say they last 5 years, 125-150euro / 5yrs = 25-30euro a year to have dry feet is good
Edit: they will last more than 5 yrs for sure

"In order to enable fast access to the stages, it is not allowed to carry bags and backpacks on the festival grounds, the so called "The Holy Wacken Land. This area is made up of Wacken Plaza, Wackinger Village, Wacken Center and Infield.
The W:O A 2017 Full Metal Bag, which is given to every visitor together with his festival band (Wristband), is the only permitted bag in this area."
30 euro's is not to bad, but I think the problem is that she has to pay the 150 right now.
Yeah I know, but I was saying that when she can afford them it is a really good investment![]()
"Visitors who are dependent on drugs or aids for illness or disability must first register with us. Potentially dangerous items such as syringes must be handed over to the German Red Cross, where they can be stored and refrigerated."
wtf...

So I guess it only means drugs that you need to take all the time, or have to have on you 24/7.
But which part is the wtf part?Idk how it has been before really
"I understand as to why not allowed backpacks to the arena "infield" but still gutting as i usually take my camel back as i get really thirsty and paying the extortionate amount for water at vendors is very off putting" - Someone on fb. Were the camelbacks even allowed before?
The fact that you have to register and have to hand over your stuff to the red cross is new as far as I know, and was why I said WTF.
don't know. can't remember seeing them.
I guess it's because of the bags. Have disabled needed to register before? As they camp in different place. At least some of them
