:D

I know all kinds of words. The krankenhaus - that's where the sick people go.

I am stocking up on packets of painkillers for my Wacken experience. I have to buy small amounts, because the supermarkets here won't sell lots of packets to one person.

I took half a day off yesterday afternoon (told my boss I had an appointment :D) and we made another batch of beer. We also bottled 2 of our previous batches. An IPA that we called it "Cedar Poison" and a blond "La Blondinette".

So far, our very 1st beer (Session IPA, 4%) was the best IPA.
The Oatmeal Stout "Da Stout", 5% is really great!
The Red Ale is good but some bottles didn't have bubble. I probably forgot to add sugar in it before bottling :p. We will have to test each bottle one by one. If it pop correctly, we will drink it, if not, add sugar, put a new cap on it and wait 2 weeks.

Now yes :) but I was pissed when I pop the first one and no foam at all... Ok, it was maybe contaminated.. pop a second one 1 week after, same thing. I shaked all other bottles to reactivate the yeast, wait another week. Still no foam. WTF..

My friend was luckier that me. He managed to find one and I finally be able to tastes it yesterday. At least, we can "saved" them.

Note to ourselves.. Don't bottle 110+ bottles in a day :). But, from now on, we put the sugar in the batch instead of in the bottle.. Simple!
