But, as far as I know, most Germans don't leave their country, so they don't have to stack their mobile homes with food. The country is big enough. Whereas the Dutch, they are out of the country in a sec! And oh! The food in France is so weird!

oh there are enough Germans who do so. Or even exepted that they everywhere find german food (and "Bild") You can meet lots of them in spain.

There's a difference in speaking it and writing in it. I'm relatively good in writing in English and German but in French, with all those accents, that's another pair of sleeves (as we say here. Means: something else/different)
Nonetheless, it's handy if I can speak a bit better French as I do now. I'll be in French country as from Thursday in a week.

I wouldn't call it a heat wave, but still nice and warm. and now they threatened us with over 30°C for next week.
