yeah, too much happening and has been happening, trying not to think to much in the day results in sleepless nights now and then.

but nowedays I sleep bad without thinking.. I jsut wake up in the middle of the night...
that's typical for the elderly, waking up in the middle of the night, need to take a leek.... maybe you should try pumkin seeds, they are said to strenthen the bladder.

Well, when you are already awake, you could go to the loo anyway. Maybe that would give you the feeling, that you did not wake up for nothing, and then, with the impression, that you've done something useful, you could easily and satisfied go back to sleep and feel the greater for it in the morning
