Hmm... its no problem to get a legalization for doing business ( I don´t have one at the moment, I´m working as a freelancer, you don´t need it for that) - but I had one for a promotion job years ago. Was easy to get. But I think if you really wanna trade with alcohol you need a special license. But as I said - no clue!!
Didn´t Argon Factor say he learned something with Import/export or at least shipping?

Serious: Don´t you have a legalization for making business? And this would be the most important thing to have.....
The rest we must find out - maybe with another partner who allready imports something from Mexico, than we can use his way too and with it getting the transport much cheaper...

Yeap, and I also need to find out the export taxes, transport, contacts with the destilleries and such... It takes quite a lot of work.....

ROFL just wanted to say... no need to become beautiful anymore for any of us, right? :D :D

but... somehow I`m getting a feeling... as you say, that smells like a lot of work. I think I found out that you don´t need a special license for selling/importing alcohol in bottles, what I meant was selling it "open" in bars and stuff. So maybe thats not the problem.
But all that tax/toll stuff with a non-EU country as Mexico will be difficult...
Btw, www.mexicotrading.de is an importeur for mexican food/drinks here in Hamburg!
