In Sachen Ripper: Für mich ist Judas Priest nur wirklich Judas Priest mit Rob Halford, obwohl objektiv eigentlich der gute Ripper nicht schlechter war bzw. ist.
Ich finde die neueren Sachen von Judas auch nicht so gut wie die Ära Stained Class bis Defenders of the Faith, Turbo. Ram it Down und Painkiller haben paar richtig gute Songs dabei, aber eben auch schwächere.

jedes album hat schwächen, aber daran sollte man es nicht bewerten. ripper ist ein guter sänger! aber leider ist und bleibt er immer nur ein ersatzmann, ob bei priest oder iced earth! er sollte etwas eigenes gründen. beyond fear stellt dabei einen anfang dar. es fehlt ihm an ideen, dass ist sein problem!
und gute songs haben auch die beiden priest scheiben mit ihm: zb. bullet train; metal messiah oder lost and found
