Also wenn man sich so das Hellfest-Lineup anschaut, fragt man sich echt wo das ganze Geld fürs WOA hinfließt :O
120 Euro für das alles, das ist doch echt der Wahnsinn
das kann die Wacken-Orga nicht mehr bieten.
Die haben ihr Geld an der Börse verzockt. Die wollten wohl in kürzester Zeit ihre Millionen verdoppelt, z.B. mit Leerverkäufen bei VW und sind dabei auf die Schnauze gefallen

Wobei Florian Silbereisen zigmal mehr metal is als Michael Jackson. Ich mein allein schon der Name "Silbereisen" das sind gleich 2 Metalle(und Eisen is das trvste aller Metalle) drin. Ausserdem spielt er ja Trompete - die is auch aus Metall.

Wobei Eisen im Lateinischen ferrum heißt (ein Metall = metallum, womit wir wieder beim Thema wären). Argentum für Silber....Also der WOA Headliner wird: Argentum Ferrum

Ok I admit having fucking Bullet for my Valentine added to the bill is a really bad idea, its an awful band but here's the simple answer.... DONT WATCH THEM!!! Go to the beer garden or a different stage or to your tent and have a drink thats what i'l be doing!
Wacken's atsmosphere makes all the bands better than they usually are anyway!
But still I also agree we're waiting for some killer announcements! I mean there's the almost "mandatory" norwegian black metal slot to be filled, and Satyricon recently released a new album and Immortal are recording this year, with any luck we'l get one of or both of them! If you look in the "band requests" section of the forum Immortal have by far the most hits / replies. Also I understand Blind Guardian and Warlock with Doro are touring this summer? Could be possible to get those?
Maybe Stratovarios too?
Who knows, I have faith that the W:O:A team will continue to put on a good show. To be fair now they've got a sold out line up so early it gives them more time to spend the money better they can pick and choose which bands they want and wait for them to get back to them, maybe they're just biding their time to get the bands they want at the show?!
A word to the team though! You could improve the line up and stop complaints by about 50% by cancelling Bullet for my Valentine from the bill!!!

It depends on how old you are what are your favourite bands.
For me, Heaven & Hell and Hammerfall is great a line up. The other you mentioned are o.k, but it would be a much better line up with Twisted Sister, WASP, Manowar, Saxon + Warlock. Suitable for the 20th WOA.

But there are not many Killer-Bands left to come.....

By now, it seems like Warlock and Doro ARE actually coming to the 20th. Stratovarius has also been added to the inofficial line-up.
Immortal and Satyricon would be nice, but as far as I know, they announced to play 2010 the next time. (Immortal...) Satyricon might be...as far as I know, nobody really knows about them.
Blind Guardian is playing its only show on the Summerbreeze...I think all hope concerning them has gone
