Lucretia schrieb:okay guys, I´m just working on a complete relaunch of the Metal Travel Guide (for those who still don´t know it: www.metaltravelguide.com ).
The whole new thing will be data base-based, have a search function, country maps and stuff.
So please everybody, check the entries for your country - anything missing, still all data correct?
Besides I´d like to know what you think about the following layout:

Fonts and stuff are not 100% ready, but just in general - is it too little "METAL" or do you like it?
Thx for Feedback
monochrom schrieb:Hey, Roskitoman - hope you're doing good. We're gonna watch the Ratos de Porao later in the evening. Anything nice we should scream at them you can think of? Oh, I just remembered, they're brazilian. Where's Lysitanno when you need him?
Sodomy&Lust schrieb:The thing is that it's in german because you haven't changed it to English yet
Well, I guess that would be a bit difficult to do if you don't understand German
Rosk schrieb:Mmmmm... good answer Mr. Sodomite.... I guess I'll tweak some knobs and push some buttoms at the Kontrollzentrum, and see what happens... I guess it won't make too much difference if I change it to chinese mandarin right now
Rosk schrieb:EDIT: I just changed it to english Thanks Pablo!

Maps would be very, very helpful! Even something as simply as links to Mapquest or other map sites. That's particularly useful in a confusing city like, say, London.
Anyhow, changes for my area:
- Remove "The Depot" in Baltimore, Maryland - it's no longer a metal club. No sooner did I email that one to you then Mr. Whiskey decided to hightail it out to Austin, Texas, so no one's booking metal gigs there anymore.
- Add a website for "The Ottobar" in Baltimore - www.theottobar.com.
- Add "The Sidebar", also in Baltimore (218 E. Lexington Street - Baltimore, MD 21202 - 410-659-4130 - www.sidebartavern.com). "Neat little pub just a few city blocks from Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Like most venues in this area, it's mostly punk, with some metal shows as well. Great beer specials!"
Add two venues for Richmond, Virginia:
- The Nanci Raygun (929 West Grace Street - Richmond, Virginia 23220 - 804.353.4263 - www.nanciraygun.com). "Mostly a punk venue, the Nanci Raygun often hosts some killer underground metal shows as well."
- Alley Katz ( 10 Walnut Alley - Richmond, VA 23223 - 804.643.2816 - www.alleykatzrva.com). "Richmond's best live rock club. They do a little bit of everything here, metal included."
Of course, at the rate venues around here come and go, who knows how long any of these places are going to last?
