Today I bought 2 bottles of 750 ml at 6% "Lindemans Lambic" from 1996.
Only 1000 bottles exist, Sweden got 750 of those and sales started yesterday.

I thought they'd be gone by today, but I was lucky

Looking forward to trying it soon.

If possible, I want the bottle!!!

Bring it to Cologne/Köln when you can!

A Chimay is in the fridge waiting for me. I have no clue if it's good or bad, but it was on the imported beers section, so I've decided to give it a try...

It's not really mine in that sense

He'll sell it, I won't get any money

But I did get 15 dl of one of his latest brews to take home with me after the day was over.
And I'll most liekly score some free beers once this is out on the market

So what Chimay is it?
The bleu is wonderful, but I don't like the red or the white.

The black one is just plain boring, and super expensive

It was the red one.... Well, definitely not he best beer I've tasted . Next to my mother's place there's a supermarket with shitloads of imported beers. Next time I pay her a visit, I'll look for the blue one. It's the Chimay with the highest note on ratebeer.com

By the way, really looking forward to drinking something with you in Köln. But please, don't make me drink so fast as in Hamburg or I'll pass away

The blue Chimay is one of the worlds greatest beers (in my opinion) so I can really recommend that one!

IT has been too long indeed, so also lookig forward to meeting and drinking with you in Köln!
Though I have decreased the speed of my drinking a lot, and hopefully I won't try and get others drinking fast either

I'm arriving on the 17th, almost at midnight. On the 20th I'll be in braunschweig, and on the 21st back in Köln. I don't know yet what I'll do in my 2 free days.... Maybe doing a bit of tourism in Köln and visiting another german town between Köln and Braunschweig (Münster should be the choice)
