Not bad,BUT not strong at all.The Molson Ice(2 of them) had a better kick to it.I'll try other beers there.

Hoegaarden isn't a strong beer, it's a white beer. (unfiltered) It isn't suppost to be strong. But its taste is delicious!!!

Maybe you should try a Trappist beer if possible.

And my beer is..........

La Trappe Bockbier. The ONLY Trappist Bock that exists in THE WHOLE WORLD!!!

The label sais that it has a deep red colour and it has a "green" smell, and a "mout" smell (don't know if mout is already English)

I have to say that I've had this beer for almost a year, and I think that Bock can be drunk both young (same year) as older. I prefer "older" Bocks, they tend to be stronger than the younger ones, and more flavourable. This is a 2005 beer, so it's been in my basement for almost a year. (as I said already)
It contains 7% Alc. VOL Beer cat. S. Has no aftertaste, but feels very strong while drinking.

A good beer, and a good Trappist Bock!

Is it easy for you to get hold of the La Trappe range of beers?
For some reason they are not "common" as the other Trappist beers from Belfium are.
Just wondering if it was easy and if you are going to Köln, if I could score a bottle via you

That shouldn't be a big problem. I have still got 3 of them, (Bockbier) and they're easy to get in Brabant (suthern part of NL) as they are originally from Tilburg (Noord Brabant)

Dann zum anfassen was wir Niederländer mieten können (Nutten!!!!! ). Want Engels (Biermarke??) ist nicht so stark eingebürgert als das zweite Landstall bei uns. Das ist niederländisch, Gefroren.
