Tonight on my agenda: A Dutch beer, brewed "nach dem Deutschen Reinheitsgebot" (sorry, I don't know any GOOD translation)
Grolsch (=Dutch) Weizenbier (=German)
The "user manual" is a bit strange though. You have to poor the glass half empty ( ), then roll the bottle a bit, and poor the rest. Make sure the foam (?) is higher than the glass itself.
I have already tasted it, and I like this "weizenbier". It's not too sharp, but hasn't got this "pils" taste either.

I need some money for buying equipment, but hopefully I will be able to start my own brewery in a few years.
